Raze-NPCAI

Instead of every NPC feeling like a generic menu interaction, NPCAI lets officers actually talk to suspects, victims, witnesses and other civilians using live AI voice through ElevenLabs. NPCs respond based on who they are, what is happening around them and what ERS already knows about the situation.

Built Around ERS

Raze_NPCAI is designed to work alongside ERS, not replace it.

ERS continues handling the actual NPC, callout and police interaction systems. NPCAI reads that information and uses it during conversations so the NPC's dialogue stays connected to what is actually happening in-game.

That means there is no separate fake identity, inventory or license system competing with ERS.

More Natural Police Interactions

Officers can speak normally instead of relying on one exact command phrase.

Commands such as:

• "Put your hands up"
• "Get on your knees"
• "Step out of the vehicle"
• "I'm going to search you"
• "Turn around, you're being detained"

can be understood through normal conversation and tied into the appropriate ERS interaction.

NPCs can also maintain those states while the conversation continues instead of immediately forgetting what they were told to do.

Raze_NPCAI uses ElevenLabs for live NPC voice playback, giving civilians much more natural speech than standard preset GTA voice lines.

NPC voices are selected to better match the character being spoken to, helping each interaction feel less repetitive.

Current Status: Alpha

Raze_NPCAI is still actively being developed, with additional ERS integrations, conversation improvements and reliability updates being added over time.
