RazeToolKit

RazeToolKit is an all-in-one development toolkit made for FiveM developers, vehicle creators, server owners, and anyone who is tired of jumping between a bunch of different programs just to get basic development work done.

The goal of RazeToolKit is simple: put the tools you actually use in one place and make common FiveM development tasks faster and easier.

Whether you're working on vehicles, liveries, EUP, emergency lighting, resource optimization, or converting assets for your server, RazeToolKit is built to help cut down the amount of repetitive work involved.

What Can RazeToolKit Do?

RazeToolKit includes a collection of tools focused around FiveM development and asset creation.

Vehicle Tools

Work with FiveM vehicle files without having to manually dig through everything yourself.

RazeToolKit can help with things such as:

  • Vehicle file management
  • Vehicle conversion tools
  • OIV conversion
  • Organizing vehicle resources
  • Working with common FiveM vehicle files
  • Preparing vehicles for use on a FiveM server
  • Checking and cleaning up vehicle resources

If you regularly add or edit vehicles on your server, this is designed to save you a lot of time.

Livery Tools

RazeToolKit includes tools for working with vehicle liveries and textures.

This makes it easier to work on custom police, fire, EMS, civilian, or other vehicle liveries without having to constantly switch between different programs and folders.

It's especially useful for developers who regularly build or modify vehicle packs.

EUP Tools

RazeToolKit also includes utilities for working with EUP resources.

You can use the toolkit to make managing clothing and EUP-related files easier when building or maintaining your server.

Instead of manually sorting through large amounts of files, the toolkit is designed to help make the process more manageable.

ULC / ELS Tools

For emergency vehicle developers, RazeToolKit includes support for working with emergency lighting setups including:

  • ULC
  • ELS
  • Emergency vehicle resources
  • Lighting-related configuration files

This is useful whether you're building your own emergency vehicles or converting vehicles for your server.

Blender Integration

RazeToolKit includes Blender integration for developers who work with 3D models.

The idea is to make it easier to move between your FiveM development workflow and Blender without having to manually handle every step yourself.

This can be useful for:

  • Vehicle development
  • Model editing
  • Asset creation
  • FiveM-related Blender workflows

Resource Optimization

RazeToolKit includes optimization tools designed to help clean up and prepare resources before putting them on your server.

This can help developers find unnecessary files, organize resources, and reduce some of the tedious cleanup work that comes with maintaining a FiveM server.

Built for FiveM Developers

RazeToolKit isn't meant to be another complicated development program that takes hours to figure out.

It was made around actual FiveM development workflows.

The goal is to take things that normally require multiple programs, folders, commands, or repetitive steps and put them into one easier-to-use application.

Whether you're developing your own server, making vehicle packs, creating resources for customers, or just learning FiveM development, RazeToolKit gives you one place to handle a lot of the work.

RazeScripts Licensing

RazeToolKit uses the built-in RazeScripts licensing system.

After purchasing RazeToolKit, you'll receive your own license key through your RazeScripts account.

The first time you launch RazeToolKit:

  1. Enter your RazeToolKit license key.
  2. Sign in with the Discord account connected to your purchase.
  3. Your license will be verified with RazeScripts.
  4. You'll automatically receive access to the proper RazeScripts Discord role.
  5. RazeToolKit will activate on your computer.

You will not need Raze_Core installed.

RazeToolKit uses its own licensing system directly through RazeScripts.

One Purchase, One PC Activation

Your RazeToolKit license is connected to your RazeScripts account and activated to your computer.

This helps protect the software while still keeping activation simple for legitimate customers.

If you ever have an activation issue or need assistance moving your license to another computer, you can contact RazeScripts support.

Who Is RazeToolKit For?

RazeToolKit is useful for:

  • FiveM server owners
  • FiveM developers
  • Vehicle developers
  • Livery creators
  • EUP developers
  • Emergency vehicle developers
  • People learning FiveM development
  • Developers who want a faster workflow

You don't need to be an experienced developer to use it.

The toolkit is designed to make a lot of the annoying parts of FiveM development easier to deal with.

More Tools Over Time

RazeToolKit is something I plan to continue expanding.

New tools, improvements, fixes, and quality-of-life features can be added over time as the toolkit grows and I get feedback from people actually using it.

If there's something that normally takes forever to do while developing for FiveM, there's a good chance it's something that could eventually make its way into RazeToolKit.

Current Version: v2.5.0

Platform: Windows

Made for FiveM development by RazeScripts.

Requirements

Requirements

Before using RazeToolKit, make sure you have the following depending on which features you plan to use.

General Requirements

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • Active internet connection
  • RazeScripts account
  • Discord account connected to the same account used to purchase RazeToolKit
  • Access to the RazeScripts Discord server
  • Permission for RazeToolKit to read and write files inside the folders you are working with

RazeToolKit does not require Raze_Core.

Siren Creator

The Siren Creator is designed around:

Luxart Vehicle Control (LVC)

If you plan on using sirens created through RazeToolKit, your FiveM server should have Luxart Vehicle Control installed and configured.

You will still need to install the completed siren resource into your FiveM server after creating it.

AI Features

Any feature inside RazeToolKit that uses AI requires your own:

OpenAI API Key

Your OpenAI API usage is separate from your RazeToolKit purchase.

RazeScripts does not provide OpenAI API credits with RazeToolKit, so any usage or charges from OpenAI are handled through your own OpenAI account.

You only need an OpenAI API key if you plan on using features marked as AI-powered.

Normal conversion and development tools do not require an OpenAI API key unless specifically stated.

Singleplayer EUP → FiveM Converter

You will need the original Singleplayer EUP files you want to convert.

RazeToolKit handles the conversion and organization process, but it cannot convert clothing files that you do not already have access to.

Make sure you have permission to use and convert any assets you are working with.

Singleplayer Vehicle → FiveM Converter

You will need the original GTA V Singleplayer vehicle files you want to convert.

Supported options include:

  • Non-ELS vehicles
  • ELS vehicles
  • FiveM vehicle resource preparation
  • ELS lighting conversion workflows
  • ULC preparation

For ELS vehicles, RazeToolKit can automatically convert supported ELS lighting information into a setup intended for ULC.

Depending on the original vehicle, some vehicles may still require manual adjustments after conversion.

ULC Features

If you plan on using converted ULC lighting setups, your server will need a compatible ULC installation.

RazeToolKit can prepare and convert supported vehicle lighting information, but the actual lighting controller still needs to be installed and configured on your FiveM server.

Blender Features

Some modeling and development features may require:

Blender

Blender is only required for tools that specifically interact with Blender or require 3D model editing.

You do not need Blender to use the rest of RazeToolKit.

FiveM Server Access

For anything you plan on installing directly into your server, you should have access to your FiveM server's resources folder.

Basic knowledge of:

  • server.cfg
  • FiveM resource folders
  • Starting/ensuring resources
  • Restarting resources or your server

is recommended.

RazeToolKit will automate as much as possible, but it cannot automatically configure every custom FiveM server setup.

Asset Permissions

RazeToolKit is a development and conversion utility.

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use, modify, convert, or redistribute any:

  • Vehicles
  • EUP
  • Clothing
  • Models
  • Textures
  • Liveries
  • Sirens
  • Audio
  • Other third-party assets

RazeToolKit does not give you ownership or redistribution rights to content created by someone else.

Recommended

For the best experience, we recommend:

  • Keeping RazeToolKit updated
  • Keeping backups of your original files before converting them
  • Using a separate working folder instead of editing your only copy of an asset
  • Testing converted resources on a development server before putting them on your main server
  • Keeping LVC, ULC, Blender, and other external tools updated when using features that depend on them

If a feature has an additional requirement, RazeToolKit will tell you before you use that feature.
