Installation

1. Drag and drop the [casirens] folder into your server's resources folder.

2. If you already have Raze_Core installed on your server, you can skip the next step.

3. Drag and drop the Raze_Core folder into your server's resources folder.

4. Make sure Raze_Core starts before any RazeScripts assets.

   ensure Raze_Core

Raze_Core is a dependency for all RazeScripts assets and needs to be installed for the assets to function.

You only need one copy of Raze_Core on your server, even if you own multiple RazeScripts products.

5. Ensure [casirens] in your server.cfg.

   ensure [casirens]

6. Inside the [casirens] folder, locate SIRENS.lua.

Drag SIRENS.lua into your Luxart Vehicle Control folder where your current SIRENS.lua is located and replace the existing file.

That's it. Restart your server and you're done.

Setting Sirens

Towards the bottom of your SIRENS.lua, you will see something similar to this:

To assign a certain siren set to a specific vehicle, replace DEFAULT with the vehicle's GAMENAME.

You must use the vehicle's GAMENAME, not the spawn name.

The GAMENAME can be found inside the vehicle's vehicles.meta.

You will need to do this for every vehicle you want to configure individually.

For example, if I wanted Police1 to use the CHP siren set, I would change:

['DEFAULT'] = {15, 16, 17, 18},

to:

['Police1'] = {15, 16, 17, 18},

For this siren set:

• 15 = Horn
• 16 = Wail
• 17 = Yelp
• 18 = Warning Siren

You can add multiple vehicles under the same section like this:
